Freddie is a DoP and camera operator who specialises in high-budget documentaries but also has experience in drama and commercial film-making. His latest projects were shooting B-cam on the documentary 'Gold' with Idris Elba for Pioneer Productions and the Feature Film 'Fortunes of War' for Picture Perfect.

As well as being involved with various shows for Netflix and Amazon he has also worked for companies such as Nat Geo, Discovery Channel, ITV and Channel 5 and has shot branded content for Nike, Puma and Jo Malone.

Freddie started his career as a camera trainee and then a clapper/loader before working as a focus puller for many years. This breadth of experience across the camera department has made him a technically proficient and highly skilled operator and has allowed him to learn from some of the best in the business.

​

He is currently based in Bristol and London but travels extensively across the UK for work and often abroad. Previous shoots have taken him to Ghana, India, South Africa, Japan, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco, Bosnia and Bulgaria among many other interesting locations.
